For technical support requests, please include a Status Report or Crash Report, a clear description of the problem, and a list of any troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. 

Please understand that tutorials and explanations of music production techniques lie outside the service scope of the Support team. For how to use Ableton products, please see the Live Manual, Push User Manual, and Learn Live / Learn Push videos. 

For help with third-party devices like software plug-ins, MIDI controllers, and other hardware, contact the manufacturer directly.
