How do I pre-order Push?
If Push is currently not in stock in the webshop, but there are more units on the way, you’ll be able to add a Pre-Order to your cart.
- Make sure to enter a shipping address that will be valid during the estimated dispatch time frame shown in your cart.
- Once your Push has left the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking ID. Learn more about tracking an order.
When do I pay for the pre-order?
When pre-ordering Push, you can choose from one of our accepted payment methods.
- If you choose to enter your credit card information, your card will not be authorized or charged at the time of placing the pre-order. When your order is ready to ship, you’ll be notified 48 hours before your card is charged. When you receive this reminder, please make sure there are sufficient funds in the account you've provided.
- If you choose a different payment method, once your order is ready, you’ll receive instructions by email for how to enter payment to complete your purchase.
Note: If payment is not received within seven days of this notice, your order will be canceled.
When will my Push order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Ableton with your invoice attached as a PDF, and another notification with a tracking ID once it’s left the warehouse. Learn more about tracking an order.
What happens if my payment fails for any reason?
If the payment fails for any reason, you'll be notified and sent a payment link. You can then choose another payment method. You’ll have seven days after receiving this notice to complete payment before your order is canceled.
My pre-order payment failed, how else can I pay?
We’ll send you a payment link where you can choose a different payment method in our webshop. You can choose to pay using any of the accepted payment methods.
I don't have a credit card, but I want to pre-order Push. What should I do?
You can choose to pay using any of the accepted payment methods.
I'm going to be away when my Push is expected to be shipped. Can you delay it for me/ship it sooner?
Push units are shipped based on availability, as soon as orders are received and payment is confirmed. Unfortunately, we're not able to expedite or delay any orders.
How can I find out how far down I am in the pre-order queue? Where can I track the status of my pre-order?
Log in to your account to see your pre-order status and estimated shipping date.

How can I change my shipping address after placing my pre-order?
Changes to your shipping address made in your account after your pre-order has been placed will not update the order's shipping destination. To update your address, please contact Support using our contact form.
