Where can I buy Move?

Can I try Move before buying?
Since Move is offered online only, it’s not possible to try before buying. To get a sense of what it feels like to play Move, check out the Move overview and Ableton’s Instagram and YouTube channels. Move is available through the vendors listed on the buying Move page. 

Are any discounts or educational pricing offered for Move?
Educational pricing is available for educational institutions. Please visit the linked page to request a quote for colleges and universities.

Does Move come with an Ableton Live license?
Move comes with a license for Ableton Live Intro, so you can load Sets created on Move into Live on your computer. 

Can I return Move for a refund?

What is the warranty policy for Move?

Where can I buy accessories and parts for Move?
You can purchase replacement power supplies, USB cables and knobs in the Ableton webshop.

Is Move available in my country?
Due to differences in regional compliance policies for electronic devices, there are certain countries where we’re not able to sell Move directly from Ableton.com. In those cases, retail partners may be able to stock Move. Learn more about how this relates to Ableton hardware device orders in your country.

When will my Move order arrive?
New orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery time via email. Learn more in the Shipping FAQ.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my Move order?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs fees may apply.

If I purchase Move while visiting the EU, can I refund the VAT when I leave the EU?
A VAT refund for non-EU residents who purchase Move in the EU is not currently an option. Learn more about ordering without VAT.

Is there a discount for upgrading my Live version when I purchase Move?
