Refund policy

Live and Packs 

Returns for Live and Packs can be processed within 14 days of purchase, if the serial has not been authorized/unlocked. Software that has already been authorized cannot be returned or refunded. For more information on the authorization process, visit our guide to authorizing Live online.

To request a refund for software that has not yet been authorized, contact Support and provide your order invoice number. If the product is still unauthorized, and you contact us within the refund window of 14 days since the purchase, we will issue a return and process a refund via the original payment method. 

If you have concerns about Live's compatibility or performance, please review our guide to Live's minimum system requirements. You can also try Live free for 30 days, using the Free Live Trial.

Push and Upgrade Kit

Push and the Upgrade Kit can be returned within 30 days of purchase in all regions. For details, contact our Support team with your order invoice number. We will honor the 30-day period even if you only contact us on the last day, so there is no need to send the device on your own.

Push and the Upgrade Kit must be returned in new condition and include all original parts and packaging. After receiving the returned device, we will issue a return and process a refund via the original payment method.
