Refund policy

Live and Packs 

We can only process returns for Live and Packs within 14 days from the purchase date if the serial has not been authorized/unlocked. We do not process refunds for any software that has been authorized. For more information on the authorization process, please visit our knowledge base article.

To request a refund for a software product that has not been authorized yet, contact our Support team and provide your order invoice number.

If the purchase is still unauthorized and within the applicable time frame, we will then issue a return and send the funds back to the original payment method used.

Push and Upgrade Kit

We offer a 30-day return time frame for Push and the Upgrade Kit in all regions.

Contact our Support team with your order invoice number for all the details.

Push and the Upgrade Kit must be returned in new condition and include all original parts and packaging. After receiving the returned device, we will complete the refund and issue the funds back to the original payment method used.
