Warranty Information

Every Push and Move is built with durable materials and tested for quality. Still, occasional defects can occur, so your Push 3 and Move are covered with a 3-year warranty.

Push 2 is covered with a 2-year warranty, if you are a customer residing in Europe. If you are a customer residing outside of Europe, Push 2 is covered with a 1-year warranty.

If you experience a technical issue with Push or Move, please fill out the Support contact form and include a video or pictures demonstrating the issue. You may also be asked to provide a Crash Report.

We will email you with further instructions. Please don’t return your hardware or any parts without first contacting Ableton Support.
