Push Return Policy

Push purchased from the Ableton webshop may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Push must be returned in new condition and include all original parts and packaging. After receiving the returned device, we will complete the refund and issue the funds back to the original payment method used. 

How to Return Push:

Please contact our Support team with your order invoice number for detailed information and instructions. 

To avoid unnecessary delays and costs, please don’t return Push or any parts without first contacting Ableton Support

Note: Save and transfer all projects and custom content created on Push 3 to another device before returning the unit. Learn more about transferring Sets and continuity between Push and your computer in the Push manual.
