Where can I buy Push?
Push is available via our webshop. In certain countries, Push can be purchased only from a local distributor. Push is currently not available in some countries.
Is there an educational discount available for Push?
Education discount is only available on new Live licenses, not for Push.
How do I get bundle pricing for Push, including upgrades?

What are the accepted payment methods?

Can I still purchase Push 2?
Push 2 is no longer available in our webshop but may be available from local distributors.
Can I trade in my Push 2 for Push 3?
We do not currently offer a trade-in program for Push 2.
What accessories are included with Push?
Push comes with a power supply and a USB cable.
Delivery
When will my order ship out?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.
Will I have to pay for customs fees?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs fees may apply.
Will I have to sign for my Push delivery?
A signature is required for every Push delivery.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, our shipping partner will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.
What are the standard delivery times?
Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be:
• Germany: 2-4 business days
• Rest of EU: 5-7 business days
• US: 5-7 business days
• United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• Australia: 2-5 business days
• Hong-Kong SAR, China: 2-5 business days
• Rest of world: 14-19 business days
Licensing and Authorization
What version of Live is needed to use Push?
Push 3 is compatible with Live 11.3 and later. Older versions of Live will not work with Push 3.
If I already have a Live license, can I buy just Push without any additional licenses?
You can use your current license as of Live 11 on Push 3.
How do I use my existing Live license on Push?

Does Push work with Live 10?
Only Live 11.3 and later versions work with Push 3.
Do I need to buy Live to use Push?
Push comes pre-loaded with Live 11 Intro, and you can make music with Push out of the box without the need to authorize. If you own a license as of Live 11 Intro, Standard, or Suite, or if you own additional Packs, authorize your Live license on Push to unlock additional features and content, following the steps listed here.
Can I use Ableton Cloud with Push?
Push does not currently support Ableton Cloud.
