Cannot Download Live Installer

If the Live installer won't download successfully, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you are using the latest available version of your web browser. We recommend downloading with either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
  2. Try to download again after clearing your browser's cache and history.
  3. Ensure that you have enough disk space on your computer; the installer is about 3GB total.
  4. Check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
  5. Temporarily disable any anti-virus or firewall that may prevent external downloads.
