Tracking an order

Once your order has been successfully completed in our webshop, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and payment details.

If your purchase includes physical products, a notification will be sent to our fulfillment partner for shipment preparation. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and handed over to the courier for delivery.

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, they will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the designated courier along with a link to their website.
