Receiving a serial number after purchase

If you purchased Live directly through our webshop, your serial number will be automatically registered to your Ableton.com account.

If you are not logged in at the time of purchase then you will receive your serial number by email within seconds after the transaction is complete.

If you chose to pay by wire transfer, we will process your order manually and send your serial number via email as soon as we receive your payment.

Ableton Live is also available to purchase digitally from other stores. In this case, contact the store for more information on how your serial number will be sent to you.

Note: Electronic delivery of serial numbers from stores can in some cases take up to a couple of days.
