Missing serial number

To find your Ableton Live serial number, go to Live → About Live on macOS, or Help → About Live on Windows. To request a serial number lookup for Ableton Live, Push, or Move, contact support with the following information.

Purchased from the Ableton webshop:

• Your full name and registered email address(es).
• The invoice number or date and payment information (full name as printed on the credit card, PayPal email address).                                                                                 

Purchased from any other store:

• Your full name and registered email address(es).
• A picture of the bottom of the box (showing the two barcodes) and a proof of purchase (e.g. receipt).
