Commercial Use rights for Live content

The Library and Live Pack content that comes with any version of Ableton Live is royalty-free for license holders.

All sounds, presets, samples or musical examples contained in the software can be used to create your own original musical compositions, provided that additional material is added, and the respective presets, samples and musical examples are significantly transformed.

You may not reformat, mix, filter, re-synthesize or otherwise alter the presets, samples and musical examples contained in the software for use in any kind of commercial sampling product/package or software without the express written consent of Ableton.

You cannot use the Demo Songs in your musical compositions nor can you reformat, mix, filter, re-synthesize or otherwise alter the Demo Songs.
