Commercial Use rights for Live content

Audio content included with the Ableton Core Library and Live Packs may be used royalty-free by Ableton Live license holders, for any version of Live.

Using sounds in original compositions

All sounds, presets, samples or musical examples contained in the software can be used to create your own original musical compositions, provided that additional material is added, and the respective presets, samples and musical examples are significantly transformed.

Using sounds in commercial software

You may not reformat, mix, filter, re-synthesize or otherwise alter the presets, samples and musical examples contained in the software for use in any kind of commercial sampling product/package or software without the express written consent of Ableton.

Demo Songs

You may not use Live Demo Songs in your musical compositions, nor can you reformat, mix, filter, re-synthesize or otherwise alter the Demo Songs.
