Where can I buy Push?
Push is available to buy from Ableton.com. We’re selling directly to you so we can offer the best available hardware, with upgradable parts and a longer life cycle, at as fair a price as possible. Is Push available in my country?
Due to differences in regional compliance policies for electronic devices, there are certain countries where we’re not able to sell Push 3 directly from Ableton.com. In those cases, retail partners may be able to stock Push 3. Learn more about how this relates to Push orders in your country.
When will Push be back in stock?
In some regions, we can estimate when Push will be back in stock. In others, unexpected demand levels make it more difficult to provide accurate restocking time frames. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we ask for your patience while we work to speed things up. To get the most up-to-date information, please keep checking our webshop.
Can I try Push out before I decide to buy it?
Since Push is only available via our webshop, it is not possible to try out Push before buying. However, you can get a sense of what it feels like to play Push by checking out the Push overview and Instagram and YouTube channels.
How do I get bundle pricing for Push, including upgrades?

When will my Push order arrive?
New orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number and estimated delivery time via email.
Will I have to pay customs fees for my Push order?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs fees may apply.
If I purchase Push while visiting the EU, can I refund the VAT when I leave the EU?
A VAT refund for non-EU residents who purchase Push in the EU is not currently an option. Learn more about Ordering without VAT.
Will I have to sign for my Push delivery?
A signature is required for every Push delivery.
Is there an educational discount available for Push?
We don't currently offer educational pricing for hardware to individuals. Specific pricing is available for educational institutions. Please visit the linked page to request a quote for Colleges and Universities.
How can I order replacement parts for Push?
You can purchase Push replacement parts from the Ableton webshop.
If you need replacement accessories for Push 1 and 2, please contact Support using our contact form with a list of items along with your billing and shipping addresses, and we'll let you know if we have them in stock.
Note: we do not provide VAT refunds for customers who purchase Push while visiting the EU and then return to their (non-EU) home country.
