Move Logs

Logs from Move provide information that can help troubleshoot various issues. The logs can be downloaded via the Move Manager following the steps below:

  1. First, connect to the Move Manager.
  2. Next, access the "Advanced" Page by visiting http://move.local/advanced.
  3. To download the device log files, open the Logs tab and press the Download button. It is possible to select a log for a specific date and time by selecting it from the drop-down menu to the left of the Download button.
  4. You can then send the log file to Ableton Technical Support alongside a description of the issues you experienced.
