"The license to use certain protected samples is missing"

If you've just installed a Pack and are getting this error message, you need to re-authorize Live in order to activate the Pack for use.

If you purchased the Pack and re-authorizing Live doesn't help, please contact Support.

This error can also happen if you're trying to use a Pack created for another version of Live - for instance if you are using Live Intro and trying to install a Pack made for Suite or Standard. In this case you need to upgrade your license.
