Live asks for authorization at every launch (Windows)

• Live Versions: 9 and later
• Operating System: Windows

If Live asks for authorization every time it launches, follow these instructions: 

1. Close Live.
2. Open this hidden folder:
   C:\ProgramData\Ableton\
   Note: Here's how to access hidden folders on Windows.
3. If the CommonConfiguration folder exists there, then delete it. The full path would be: C:\ProgramData\Ableton\CommonConfiguration\
4. Launch Live.

You'll need to authorize one last time, and then it should not ask again at the next launch.
