Mac
Currently supported hardware:
- Pinch zooming works in smooth steps on all Mac trackpads (both built-in and external trackpads)
Windows
Currently supported hardware:
- Pinch zooming works in smooth steps on Windows touchscreens like the Surface Book Pro.
- Pinch zooming works on Windows machines that have Precision Touchpads. However, Pinch Zooming on Windows precision touchpads only works in discrete steps (like the plus and minus keys for example) instead of smooth steps like on a Mac. This is an operating system limitation due to the fact that Windows interprets these touch events in set intervals.
Note: Pinch zooming on other Windows trackpad types is not supported.
