Browser preview in Live 10

In Live 10 browser preview functionality has been updated slightly:

• Samples less than 2.5 seconds in length: These play back un-warped and instantaneously, regardless of global quantization. Raw mode is not available.
• Samples greater than 2.5 seconds in length: These play back warped and will follow global quantization. Raw mode can be toggled.
