Upload to SoundCloud export option

The Upload to SoundCloud export option has been removed in Live 11 as the feature is no longer supported by SoundCloud.

In Live 10 and 9 you may still see the Upload to SoundCloud option in the export menu but we cannot guarantee that it will function as expected.

On Windows, the Upload to SoundCloud option does not work in general.
