Tracking an order

Once your order has been successfully processed on the Ableton website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Ableton invoice and order details.

If you’ve ordered physical products, a notification will be sent to our fulfillment partner upon successful completion of the order. Please allow 24-72 hours (depending on your country of residence) for this order to be processed at the warehouse and handed over to the courier for delivery.

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, our fulfillment partner (either Rhiem or Shipwire) will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the designated courier (FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS) with a link to their website. Should the link not work, simply type the courier name and tracking number, eg. "DHL track 206276042414" into your preferred search engine (such as Google), and it'll take you straight there.

If you didn’t receive one or both of these confirmation emails, please remember to check the inbox of the email address you used when you placed the order. If you can’t find it there, don’t forget to check your spam folder, as these emails can sometimes end up there depending on your email’s filter settings.

Once your shipment has arrived in the destination country, you can continue to track your order using the domestic or international shipment number via the link provided by the courier, as seen in the screenshot below.
