Tracking an order
Once your order has been successfully completed in our webshop, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and payment details.
If your purchase includes physical products, a notification will be sent to our fulfillment partner for shipment preparation. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and handed over to the courier for delivery.
As soon as your order has left the warehouse (either Rhiem or Shipwire), they will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the designated courier along with a link to their website. You can also type the courier name and tracking number, eg. "DHL track 206276042414" into your preferred search engine (such as Google) to access the shipment link.
If you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation, please remember to check the inbox of the email address you used when placing the order. If you can’t find it there, look in your spam folder to see if it ended up there due to filtering.
