Troubleshooting serial registration problems
If the serial is listed as already registered to another user:
When attempting to register a Live or Push serial, the error message "This serial is already registered" displays on the account page.
You may have previously registered the product using a different email address. Log out of the current user-account and log in to your old account. In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
If you bought the software or hardware second-hand, the previous owner must send us a license transfer request as outlined in this article.
If you continue having problems with the license, please contact our Support team and provide the serial number, along with any email addresses you may have used to register in the past.
If the serial is shown as invalid during the registration process:
When attempting to register a Live serial number, the error message "Invalid serial number" is displayed.
Live and Push serials are 24 digits long, with a mixture of numbers and letters.
If you purchased a hardware product that comes with Live Lite, and did not receive a valid serial, follow the steps listed here.
If you have Push and do not have the serial number, please contact Support with the barcode number on the back of the device and a proof of purchase for further assistance.
