Troubleshooting Audio Output on Note

If Note's audio output is not working as expected, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Disable Sound Recognition

Sound Recognition is an iOS Accessibility feature that detects important environmental sounds. There are reports that it can interfere with audio on Note, causing issues when recording or playing back audio.

To disable it:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Select Accessibility.
3. Under Hearing, tap Sound Recognition.
4. Turn off the Sound Recognition toggle.

Note: You can also add Sound Recognition to your iPhone's Control Center for quicker access.
